Care is provided from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Full Time, Part Time and after school Care is available.

Registration fee

There is a Non-Refundable $250 registration fee per child at the time of enrollment.

Ages: 6-24 months

FULL TIME
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm - $2,000.00 monthly

PART TIME:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm - $1,329.00 monthly
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm - $939.00 monthly

Ages: 2-5 years old

FULL TIME:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm - $1,800.00 monthly

PART TIME:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm - $1,215.00 monthly
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am-4:30 - $846.00 monthly

Arrival Period

Upon drop off, your child will be given a “health check”; parents, please make sure your child is awake upon drop off, and is fully dressed.

Do not send your child in “dress clothes”, or pajamas; play clothes only. We like to have fun, activities such as art projects, messy outdoor activities, etc. Clothes should be comfortable, and seasonally appropriate. No shoes past the foyer – that includes children, parents and providers. Parents please send your children with extra “home shoes” i.e. crocs, slippers - to change while being in the day care.

Departure

Please arrive on time. If you will be late for pick up, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule. Late fee of $10 for every 10 minutes will apply after the scheduled pick up time.  These fees are expected to be paid immediately.

Your child may not be picked up by someone other than a parent/guardian apart from the names that are listed on the emergency contact list.

Day care fees are paid monthly.  Fees are expected in advance which could be paid on the first day of care in any given month. We accept checks. If a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, there will be a $30 fee incurred as a result of the returned check.

Check must be payable to: Little Bees Family Day Care LLC.

Deposit ($500.00) is required on the first week of care. Day care requires two months notice if you terminating child care. Deposit will be refundable when two month notice was given of terminating child care. If no notice is given, we have the right to hold the deposit.

Childcare fees are based on enrollment (a reserved space), not on attendance. To maintain a reserved space, fees must be paid during the absence of a child due to illness, holidays, vacation, or any other reason.
